摘要
选择水源充足并采用直流供水是传统比选厂址优劣的一个重要因素。但是在水利部门征收水资源费的情况下,采用哪种供水方案更为经济合理,直流还是循环供水方案?以某临江火电厂工程为例,运用年费用最小法,把建设和运行费用统一折算到运行年,从而得出给定费率条件下不同供水系统的年费用值,并求出影响供水方案的水资源费率的临界值。同时从环保角度分析了温排水对直流供水方案的不利影响。其结论可为同类型电厂的建设和运行提供参考。
Traditionally, it is elementary for site selection to determine the places with abundant water and to use once-through cooling water system. Taking the water resource fee imposed by the water resource department into consideration, it is difficult to tell which is more economical between once-through cooling system and circulating cooling system. Certain power plant near river being an example in this paper, the annual expenses of the both under given rates were obtained through converting the construction investment and operation cost to the run-year with minimum-annual-expense method. In addition, the critical point of water resource fee rate was determined, which affects the scheme selection of cooling systems. From the point of environment protection, the harmful impacts of warm-wastewater draining on once-through cooling system was discussed as a reference for the construction and operation of power plants alike.
