低氧训练促进大鼠心肌组织血管生成的体视学研究 被引量:16

摘要 研究目的:研究低氧、训练及低氧训练对心肌组织血管生成的不同作用。研究方法:采用3×3析因设计试验,将健康雄性SD大鼠72只随机分为9组,采用免疫组织化学及体视学方法,检测心肌组织中微血管密度参数的改变,分析低氧和运动训练两种不同的处理因素对心肌组织微血管体积密度、表面积密度、长度密度的单独效应、主效应及交互作用。研究结果:CD34可较好显示心肌组织微血管;低氧处理及运动训练对心肌组织微血管体积密度、表面积密度、长度密度的主效应有差别,低氧处理、运动训练的单独效应中以超低氧处理、低氧训练的效应最强,并且,低氧处理与训练方式两因素之间具有协同交互作用。 This paper studied the different effects of hypoxic training on angiogenesis of Atrial tissue. 72 male SD rats was randomly divided into nice groups thorough using 3 × 3 factor experiment. Immune histochemistry technology and stereological method were applied to exam the change of parameter on Atrial tissue. The simple effect, main effect and interaction of hypoxia training on volume density, surface density and length density of capillary were analyzed. The result shows that CD34 can display capillary perfectly on Atrial tissue. The main effect of hypoxia training on volume density,surface density and length density of capillary are different. The most effective factor of hypoxia training is super-hypoxia and hypoxic training. There is interaction between hypoxia and training.
