摘要 胺碘酮属第Ⅲ类抗心律失常药,可用于室上性及室性快速心律失常治疗。本文综述了其药代动力学及临床应用研究进展,有助于临床制订合理给药方案。 Amiodarone is a class m antiarrhythmic drugs, recent pharmacological studies on it were reviewed in order to understand the complex and interindividual variability in response to drug therapy, this will help clinicians to design rational regiment in clinical practice.
