摘要 本文利用天然生物制品壳聚糖(CTS)和无机高聚物聚合硫酸铁(PFS)为主要原料合成了一种新型絮凝剂CTS-PFS,研究了其制备反应机理及反应条件。该产品是一种溶胶。红外及紫外分析结果表明在反应产物中形成了某些新的化学键。同时以毛细管电泳半定量地测定了胶体的ξ电位,证明胶体带有正电荷。将该絮凝剂与其它絮凝剂的絮凝净水效果进行了对比,几种水样的处理结果表明,CTS-PFS絮凝剂的净水能力强,可显著降低浊度、COD值等污染指标,在水处理领域有着广泛的应用前景。 A novel CTS-PFS flocculant was synthesized with chitsan(CTS), a natural biological product, and inorganic polyferric sulfate(PFS) as the main raw material. Its reaction mechanism for the preparation and conditions were studied .This product is a sol. IR and UV analyses showed that some new chemical bonds were formed in reaction products. Meanwhile by determining semi-quantitatively the ξ electric potential of the colloid of capillary electrophoresis, it is proved that the colloid has positive charges. Comparing this flocculant with other flocculants' result of water flocculating and purification the results of several kinds of water samples indicate that CTS- PFS flocculant has a strong ability of water purification and can reduce pollution index such as turbidity, COD value etc. It has extensive application prospects in the field of water treatment.
