摘要
本文利用Fick第一定律和物料衡算推导出膜扩散控制模型,并与粒内扩散控制Vermeulen模型处理沸石交换氨氮的动力学数据,描述了氯化铵溶液中铵离子浓度和搅拌速度对离子交换控制步骤的影响,计算出不同条件下膜扩散系数D/δ和粒内扩散系数D的值,并通过对沸石交换初沉池和沉砂池出水中氨氮的动力学研究,为沸石吸附再生工艺处理含氨废水工艺参数的确定提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the models of film diffusion limiting derived by Fick Law I and intrapartiele diffusion limiting were used to analyse the kinetics of ammonium ion-exchanged by zeolite in the effluent from primary sediment tank and grit chamber. The effect of ammonia concentration in the solution of ammonium chloride and speed of stir on the limited step has been studied. Meanwhile, the film transmitting coefficient D/δ and the intraparticle diffusion coefficient D were calculated under different conditions.
