结直肠癌组织中CyclinB1、p34^(cdc2)、PCNA和Ki-67表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌发生和分化中CyclinB1、p34cdc2、PCNA和Ki-67表达异常及其临床病理学意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测CyclinB1、p34cdc2、PCNA和Ki-67在16例结直肠癌组织中蛋白的表达。结果:CyclinB1和p34cdc2染色定位于细胞胞浆和(或)胞核内。PCNA和Ki-67染色定位于胞核内。在研究病例中有87.5%(14/16)CyclinB1阳性表达,81.2%(13/16)p34cdc2阳性表达,93.7%(15/16)PCNA阳性表达,81.2%(13/16)Ki-67阳性表达。低分化结直肠癌的CyclinB1、p34cdc2、PCNA和Ki-67阳性率明显高于高中分化结直肠癌,CyclinB1、p34cdc2、PCNA和Ki-67的表达具有高度一致性。结论:CyclinB1、p34cdc2、PCNA和Ki-67的阳性表达率及表达强度同结直肠癌分化程度有密切关系。 Objeetive : To research the clinicopathological significance of CyolinB1, p34^cdc2 , PCNA and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinogenesis. Methods :The expression of CyolinB1, p34^cdc2, PCNA and Ki-67 was examined by SABC immunohistochemical technique in colorectal carcinogenesis. Resalts : Immunoreaction to CyclinB1 and p34^cdc2 was mainly localized in the cytoplasm or nuclear of cells. Expression of PCNA and Ki-67 was localized in the nucleus. The postive Immunostainlng rate of CyelinB1,p34^cdc2, PCNA and Ki-67 was 87.3% ,81.2% ,93.7% and 81.2%, respectively, CyclinB1 ,p34^cdc2, PCNA and Ki-67 positive rates in pocrly differentiated volorectal carcinoma were much nigner than those in well offerentiated coiocectal eareinama.Conelusion:CyclinB1,p34^cdc2,PCNA and Ki-67 play a certain role in the deveicpment of coloreotal careinoma ,and as malignant degree of colorectai carclnama lncreases,thelr positlve rates and gredes will be higher.
