胶原膜与牙周膜成纤维细胞复合物引导成骨作用实验研究

摘要 目的探讨牙周膜成纤维细胞与引导组织再生胶原膜(BME10X)复合物在大鼠颅骨皮质骨表面引导成骨的能力,为其应用于牙周组织工程研究提供实验依据。方法体外培养SD大鼠牙周膜成纤维细胞并以5×106mL-1的细胞浓度与BME10X复合培养10d后,植入同种异体SD大鼠颅骨皮质骨表面(复合细胞组);以单纯BME10X组及骨膜刮除组为对照,于植入后3,6周进行组织学观察。结果单纯BME10X组及骨膜刮除组未见类骨质形成,复合细胞组在材料表面与颅骨交界处可见明显的骨样组织形成,随着植入时间的延长,成骨作用明显。结论牙周膜成纤维细胞与BME10X复合物在大鼠颅骨皮质骨表面具有明显的引导成骨能力。 Objective To study the osteoinductivity of guided tissue regeneration collagen membrane (BME-10X ) and periodontal ligament fibroblasts(PDLF) complex on bone surface. Methods Sprague- Dawley rat PDLF were cultured and seeded at a density of 5 × 10^6 mL^-1 onto the BME-10X for 10 days in vitro, and then implanted subperiostealy on cortical bone surface of calvarium in SD rats. Histological examination was performed at 3 and 6 weeks after the PDLF and BME-10X complex was implanted, Results New bonewas formed in BME-10X implanted group than in controls. Conclusion PDLF and (BME-10X ) complex has the capability of osteoinductivity on the surface of cortical bone.
