目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病合并糖尿病的发病机制及防治措施。方法对我院收治的及文献报道的急性淋巴细胞白血病合并糖尿病的病例进行总结分析。结果急性淋巴细胞白血病合并糖尿病发病机制多样,处理措施各异。结论了解急性淋巴细胞白血病合并糖尿病的发病基础,有利于对疾病的诊治。

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis mechanisms and the measures of prevention and treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia incoporated with diabetes mellitus. Methods To summarize and analyze the cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia incoporated with diabetes mellitus from our hospital admission and literatures reports. Results The pathogenesis mechanisms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia incoporated with diabetes mellitus were various, and the measures of prevention and treatment were also different. Conclusion Great knowledge of pathogenesis mechanisms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia incoporated with diabetes mellitus will benefit the diagnosis and therapy of the disease.
