慢性心力衰竭患者血清MCP-1变化及氯沙坦的干预效应 被引量:2

Effects of losartan on serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,tumor necrosis factor-α and interfon leukocyte-6 in patients with congestive heart failure

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)时血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的变化及氯沙坦的干预效应。方法采用放射免疫法及ELISA法分别检测了35例不同程度CHF患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及MCP-1水平。结果CHF患者血清TNF-αI、L-6及MCP-1水平明显高于正常对照者(P<0.01),氯沙坦治疗4周后血清TNF-αI、L-6及MCP-1水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论炎性细胞因子可能参与了CHF的发生与发展过程,氯沙坦可减轻CHF患者的炎症及免疫反应。 Objective To investigate the effects of losartan on serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interfon leukocyte-6(IL-6) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods Serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interfon leukocyte-6(IL-6) were detected before and after 4 weeks oral treatment with losartan in 35 patients with CHF. Results The contents of serum MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly increased(P〈0.01). A significant decreased serum MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6 contents were observed after 4 weeks of losartan therapy(P〈0.01). Conclusion These findings indicate that MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6 may play an important role in the pathophysiologic changes of CHF and losartan has a beneficial effect in decreasing serum MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with CHF.
