酶联免疫吸附试验检测蚊虫嗜血性的研究──Ⅱ．ELISA与沉淀试验鉴定蚊胃中人、牛血的比较

The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) Test For the Identification of Blood-meals in Mosquitoes──Ⅱ. Comparison or ELISA and Precipitin Test on Identification of Human and Bovine Blood Meals in Mosquitoes

笔者在不同栖息场所采集Ｃｅｌｌａ氏Ⅱ～Ⅲ期中华按蚊及嗜人按蚊共３５７只，同时用ＥＬＩＳＡ及沉淀试验鉴定蚊胃血中的人、牛血。结果３５７份标本，经沉淀试验人血阳性１２６份，占３５．３％；牛血阳性５９份，占１６．５％。ＥＬＩＳＡ测定人血阳性１３５份，占３７．８％；牛血阳性７５份，占２１．０％。后法较前法阳性率高，阳性反应强度较高。沉淀试验鉴定为人牛血的３０份，ＥＬＩＳＡ测定人血５份，牛血８份，人牛血１７份。沉淀试验鉴为猪血的１３０份，ＥＬＩＳＡ测定为阴性反应。沉淀试验鉴定人、牛血为阴性的１２份标本，经ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测全为阳性反应，其中人４份，牛血８份，进一步证明后法较前法特异性强，更适合现场蚊胃血鉴定。

The paper reported ELISA and predipitin tests for blood meal identification in An. Sinensis and An.anthropohagus with digree of digestion of cella Ⅱ-Ⅲ blood meal caught in differnt resting places. The study showed that human blood positive rate was 35.3% and bovine blood positive rate was 16.5% in total 375blood smears with precipitin test; Human blood positive rate was 37.8% and bovine blood positive rate was 21.0% with ELISA test.The results indicated that ELISA test was more sensitive in the identification of mosquito blood meals than that of precipitin test. In 12 negative blood smears identified by precipitin test,4 smears showed human blood positive and 8 blood smears showed bovine blood positive tested by ELISA. It was demonstrated that the specificity of ELISA test was much better than that of precipitin test.
