摘要
为了进行飞机刹车组件功能试验,研制了一种新型的试验控制系统。建立了试验系统的数学模型,试验系统采用模糊PID控制的方法实现了对电液比例阀的闭环控制,从而对系统压力的变化进行了实时调节。试验及仿真的结果表明:采用新型功能试验控制系统,提高了压力的控制精度、缩短了调节时间,并且抗干扰性能增强。
A novel control system was given according to the airplane brake assembly function test, and the math model of the test system was built. The electrohydraulic proportional valve close-loop control method by using fuzzy PID was presented, and it realized real-time system pressure control. The new control system increases the pressure control precision, decreases the regulation time, and boosts up the anti-disturb capability.
