摘要
研究了插装阀在支架液压系统中的应用前景,设计了采用插装阀的某支撑式液压支架的液压系统,并分析了工作原理。分析结果表明:插装阀的诸多优点适合于支架的工况,便于实现电液控制和快速移架,顺应生产要求,符合支护技术的发展趋势,值得推广。
The application prospect of plus-in valve in hydraulic support was studied. A chock-type hydraulic support equipped plus-in valve was designed, and the working principle was analyzed. The analytic result shows that the plus-in valve is suitable to the working conditions of hydraulic support, it can provide electric-hydraulic control and realize quickly moving the support. Therefore, it is worth whole generalizing due to their coincidence with the development of support technology.
