摘要
介绍了一种以气压为动力的增力连杆冲剪机构,该机构能很好地克服普通连杆机构中不能改变杆长或者改变杆长需要增加复杂的辅助机构的不足。其以较小的输入动力达到很大的输出动力,来剪切捆扎钢带。
A 6-bar mechanism was described, which is driven by a pneumatic cylinder, The length of the prime bar can be changed when the pneumatic cylinder is supplied with compressed air and it is also a force enlarged mechanism because it can produce huge power in its output bar when a comparatively little force (air pressure) is supplied to the input bar to cut steel strap. The work principle of the mechanism and the usage in steel pipe strapping machine were demonstrated.
