摘要
对实际情况进行数学建模,并根据分析和实验的结果设计了控制系统。利用89C52单片机搭建控制系统,根据温度和流量传感器的反馈,通过特殊PID算法,用单片机产生PWM波对电机进行控制,调节冷热水管的流量,最终达到控制输出水温的目的。
A math model for the fluid controlling of intelligent showering temperature controlling system was established, and the controlling system was designed by using 89C52 microchip. Based on feeds of temperature transducer and fluid transducer, the MCU can generate PWM waves by special PID to drive motors and adjust the flux of cold-water pipeline and hot-water pipeline, thus the control of the temperature of showering water is realized.
