基于现场总线PROFIBUS的流体参数测控实验系统

摘要 以西门子S7-300系列PLC为控制系统核心,采用带PROFIBUS接口的智能测量仪表作为测量器件,成功研制了一套以水为介质的流体参数测控实验系统。本文详细介绍了该系统的硬件结构和实验功能,并对控制系统硬件配置与集成技术及软件开发环境作了说明。实际应用表明,该实验系统功能拓展性强,是高等工科院校有关专业教学和科研训练良好的综合性实验平台。 An experimental system for fluid parameters measuring and controlling was developed, in which a SIEMENS S7-300 series PLC is employed as main controller and some intelligent measuring instruments with PROFIBUS interface are used. The system's hardware framework and functions were introduced, and its hardware configuration, integration technology, software exploitation environment were presented. Practical applications indicate that the system has great extendable function and is a comprehensive experimental platform for academic specialty teaching and scientific training in engineering academies.
