摘要
探讨了建立数控机床远程故障诊断系统的必要性和可行性,提出了实现数控机床故障远程诊断的两种模式和一种远程诊断系统结构,并对该系统的各部分功能和结构等进行了详细分析,最后给出了系统运行界面。
The necessity and feasibility of numerical control tools remote faults diagnosis system was introduced and two diagnostic modes and a kind of structure were presented. The function and structure of each part of the system was analyzed, and the running interfaces of the system was given.
