摘要
在对现有的传输带钉扣机工作过程及钉扣效果进行分析、讨论的基础上,对其工作部件提出了改进的设计方案,即将钉扣机原工作部件的并联五杆机构改为用一个具有双廓线的凸轮驱动两套滑块摆杆的串连机构。通过对新旧方案进行了比较研究,结果表明,采用新的方案对该机的工作性能有显著的改善。
Based on the existing strap-clinching machine, work-part of the machine was discussed and analyzed, and an improvement solution was presented, which replaced existing parallel connection of five-link with a cam with two outlines. Compared with two sets of plans, the result indicates that this new plan greatly improved the properties of the machine.
