摘要
介绍2种先进的用于水和废水处理的膜技术——浸入式超滤和电去离子(EDI)技术。描述2种膜工艺的构造和原理,阐述它们的技术经济特点,并给出浸入式超滤与石灰处理的比较,以及在使用反渗透产品水作给水的情况下,EDI与离子交换混床的比较。指出虽然这2种膜系统投资费较高,但运行费用低,占地面积小,自动化程度高,环境效益好,尤其适用于缺水地区水的再循环和废水再利用。
Immersed ultrafiltration and electrodeionization, two advanced membrane technologies for water and wastewater treatment, are introduced. Their structures and working principles are described and their technical and economic performances are elaborated. The paper also presents a comparison between immersed ultrafiltration and lime treatment, as well as a comparison between electrodeionization and mixed bed under the condition of RO permeate as feed water. It is concluded that the two membrane systems feature low in operation cost, small in areas occupied, highly automatic and environment-friendly, though high in capital cost, and are especially applicable to water recirculation and wastewater reuse in regions where water is in short supply.
