Influnce of Farmers ′ Choice of Technology upon Sustainable Utilization of Cultivated Land

农户对农业技术的选择行为对耕地的能否持续利用有着重要的影响,农户出于各种原因,选择不同的农业技术,从而对土地产生的结果也会不同。要想使农户选择有利于耕地持续利用的农业技术,必须明晰土地产权,稳定承包期,对农户采用有利于耕地持续利用的技术进行激励,建立正确的农业科技进步机制,鼓励农户采用有机农业技术等。

Farmers ＇choice of agricultural technology has a great influence upon the sustainable utilization of cultivated land. Stemming from various reasons, the farmers choose different agricultural technology, thus the result which produces to the land also can be different. If we want to induce the farmer to choose the agricultural technology which is advantageous in the sustainable utilization of cultivated land, we must define land property right, stabilize the term of project contract, encourage the peasant household to use the technology which is advantageous to sustainable farming, establish the correct mechanism of agriculture advance in technology, and encourage the peasant household to use the organic agricultural technology and so on.
