State Analysis of the Subject Indexing and Quality Control

主题标引是控制文献信息资源的重要技术手段。目前,主题标引中存在着标引不一致,过于简单,及选取的主题词专指性差,复合概念处理不当等问题,叙词语言和后控词表也有局限和不足。必须制定相应的主题标引的标准和依据,有控制的关键词标引方式值得推行。

Subject index is the important technique which may control the literature information resource. At present, there are some problems in the subject indexing, such as the indexes are inconsistent or too simple, the selected subject word is short of enough especial referring, the compound concept is processed improperly, and so on. Descriptor language and post-controlled vocabulary have some limitation and the insufficiency. It is very necessary to formulate the corresponding standard and the basis of subject index, and the index way which has the controlled key word is worth carrying out.
