摘要 研究了11种基因型苎麻(Boehmeria nivea L.)的愈伤组织诱导效应及其分化间存在的差异。结果表明黄壳早和湘苎2号、华苎3号、巴西麻6号基因型较易脱分化,华苎1号较难脱分化,多数基因型在6-BA0.5~2.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L 和6-BA 0.5~2.5mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L 的组合中有较高的出愈率,此两种组合适合干苎麻叶愈伤组织诱导。 Eleven genotypes were studied on their effects on callus induction and differentiation in ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.). The results showed that genotype can affect callus induction and differentiation. Genotypes Huangkezao, Xiangzhu 2, Huazhu 3, Baxima 6 de-differentiated easily but Huazhu 1 was on the contrary.The majority of ramie genotypes had higher callus ratio when they were cultured in medium added with combinations of6-BA 0.5~2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and 6-BA 0.5~2.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L,which were the most suitable medium for ramie leaves to de-differente.
