摘要 在变温条件下测定ABA和6-BA调节4个芝麻品种幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量变化特点,初步鉴定了所选品种对抗寒性和耐热性反应的差异。结果表明:40℃的高温下,可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量下降,13℃的低温下升高。ABA和6-BA可以调节芝麻幼苗在温度逆境下的可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量,增强芝麻幼苗的抗逆性,对生产实践有一定参考价值。 The change of the contents of the soluble protein and sugar in young leaves of four varieties of sesame,which were treated with ABA and 6-BA,was investigated uader altering temperatures.The difference of four selected varieties of sesame resistant to chilliness and heat were identified primarily.The results showed that the soluble protein and sugar decreased at 40℃,and increased at 13℃.ABA and 6-BA could regulate the contents of protein and sugar in temperature stress,and strengthen the resistance to temperature stress of sesame seedlings,which had some reference value in production.
