田螺中牛磺酸的提取工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 在对田螺和河蚌中牛磺酸含量进行了对比试验的基础上,确定了以田螺内为原料提取牛磺酸,着重研究了提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取次数等因素对牛磺酸提取量的影响规律。通过正交实验获得乙醇提取牛磺酸的最佳工艺条件是:提取温度为65℃,乙醇体积分数为60%,时间为70min,料液比为1g:6mL,提取次数为2次。在最佳参数组合下,牛磺酸的提取量为8.15mg/g。 Flesh of river-snail was determined to extract taurine as raw material based on the contrast test of the content of taurine between river-snail(Cipangopaludina cathay- ensis)and unio(Anodonta woodiana).Factors such as extracting temperatures,extrac- ting time,percent of ethanol volume,the ratio of material and solution and extracting times were mainly studied.The results of orthogonal experiment indicated that the opti- mum craft parameters are extracting temperature at 65℃,extracting time 70 min,con- centration of ethanol 60%,the prorate of material and solution 1 g:6 mL and extracting for 2 times.The yielding content of taurine is 8.15 mg/g from the verifying experiment under this optimum condition.
