蜡梅枝芽特性及扦插繁殖试验

Characteristics of Wintersweet Branches and Bud and Experiment of Cutting Reproduction

通过对蜡梅枝芽特性的观察及以 IAA、IBA、NAA 3种药剂组合处理蜡梅插条进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:(1)蜡梅的腋芽为复芽,由主芽和副芽上下叠生构成。副芽可形成多级副芽。蜡梅具有顶梢自枯习性,假二叉分枝。枝条一年多次生长,春梢加长生长主要在4月进行,时间短,速度快。(2)IAA、IBA、NAA3种药剂组合处理对蜡梅扦插生根都有一定的效果。

The characteristics of wintersweet branches and bud had been observed.The experiment of cutting reproduction cutting reproduction that treated with IAA,IBA, NAA had been done.The results showed that:(1)The axillary bud of wintersweet is a compound bud,stratified with the ain-bud and the sud-bud.The terminal shoot of winter- sweet has the habit of self-withering,thus resulting in Pseudo-dichwous branching.The elongation period of spring shoot normally comes in April,growing at a high speed in a short time.(2)All the branches of wintersweet that treated with IAA,IBA,NAA have certain effect.
