摘要
运用教育实验数理统计法,从教学手段、教学方法、教学组织形式3个层面建构了跨栏技术教学的优化模式,并对其进行了实验验证.结果表明:该模式符合现代跨栏技术基本特征和运动技能形成的基本规律,能够促进学生掌握跨栏技术的基本技能.
By employing teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this article is aiming to construct a optimum mode of hurdle training by means of three aspects, that is, teaching measure, teaching method and teaching organization pattern, and also give the mode an experimental validation which shows that the mode comes up to both the elementary character of modern hurdle and the primary rule of athletic skill, and it can help students to get hold of the basic skill of hurdle as well.
