摘要
研究了汞与头孢唑林钠的显色反应,在pH=3.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,汞(Ⅱ)与头孢唑林钠形成1:1的配合物,其最大吸收波长位于530 nm处,汞(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~20 mg/L范围之间符合郎伯比耳定律.
The chromogenil reaction of cefazolin sodium with mercury was studied. In HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH 3.8,mercury reacted with cefazolin sodium to form a stable complex with molar ratio of 1 : 1 , The maximum absorption wavelength of 530 nm. Beer' law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 20 mg/L for Hg( Ⅱ ) . The method was simple and fast.
