摘要
土地价格的涨落是一个国家或地区社会安定与动荡、经济繁荣与衰落的睛雨表。民国前期,东北地价处于不断上涨的态势,1930年后,东北地价开始暴跌。影响东北地价变动的因素很多,地质、粮价、币值、地租、政治状况、人口和土地需求等因素对地价的变动都有显著的影响。民国时期东北地价变动产生了复杂的影响,如土地向不在地主手中集中、地力普遍下降、农民生活日益贫困化和匪患严重等。
The fluctuation of the land price is the barometer of social stability and turbulence and economic prosperity and decline. At the beginning of the Republic of China, the land price in Northeast was oriented to rise, but after 1930, the price began to slump. There are many reasons influencing the fluctuation of the land price, such as, land quality, grain price, currency value, land rent, situation, population,land needs and so on.The fluctustion had great impact on the peassnts'lives,which resulted in the decline of land capacity,poverty and the evil of banditry.
