3M Testing Paper and State Standard Method

传统的微生物学检测方法是概率理论与实验设计方法在细菌测定上的实际应用,被定为国标法;3M公司生产的细菌总数及大肠菌群检测纸片,含有VRB(Violet Red Bile),一种冷水可溶性的凝胶剂和四唑翁(tetrazolium)指示剂,可增强菌落计数效果,其表面覆盖的胶膜,可留住发酵乳糖的大肠菌群产生的气体.

In this study foods was sampled randomly and matched by 1 ： 1. Meanwhile, significance and correlation were analyzed. The results is that in 252 detected samples; there were 33 positive samples by state standard method on Aerobic Count, Whereas 29 positive samples by 3M detecting slip method, Especially, 29 samples were positive detected by the two methods at the same time. Meanwhile, there were 27 positive samples detected by state standard method and 22 positive samples by 3M detecting slip method on Coliform Count.22 samples showed positive simultaneously in two methods.
