摘要
目的观察PKCβ1、PKCβ2和P53在结肠肿瘤及其相应正常腺体中的表达情况。方法回顾分析23例结肠癌、20例结肠腺瘤的临床病理资料,并对相应组织及瘤周正常结肠黏膜进行PKCβ1、PKCβ2和P53等免疫组化染色。结果PKCβ1表达在结肠癌与腺瘤和正常黏膜差异显著,表达率和表达强度依次递减;PKCβ2在三者的表达率均低且相互间差异不显著;P53主要表达于中低分化的结肠癌及伴有中重度不典型增生的腺瘤,且结肠癌中的表达显著高于结肠腺瘤,正常黏膜不表达P53。结论PKCβ1可能与结肠黏膜上皮增生有关,可能参与了结肠的癌变过程,并可能在癌变早期发生改变;P53在判断良恶性方面具有重要意义。
Objective To study the expression of PKCβ1, PKCβ2 and P53 in carcinomas and adenomas of colon. Methods The clinical and pathologic materials of 23 cases of adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of adenoma were reviewed stainings for PKCβ1, PKCβ2 and P53 were performed on paraffin sections. Results The expression of PKCβ1 in carcinoma tissues is significantly more strong than in adenoma and normal colon mucosa, and their expression rate and intensity were gradually decreased. There were no difference among carcinoma, adenoma and normal mucosa for the expression of PKCβ2. P53 was mostly expressed by moderately or poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas, and adenomas with moderate to severe dysplasia. The expression of P53 in carcinomas was significantly more strong than that in adenoma, and normal mucosa was negative for P53. Conclusion The expression of PKCβ1 may be related to the proliferation of colonic epithelium and early involved in the pathway of colonic carcinogenesis. P53 is an important index to judge benign lesions from malignant lesions.
