摘要
目的探讨卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤恶变的临床病理特点。方法收集7例该类肿瘤,分析病变的临床表现、病理特征、分期及随访结果。结果卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤恶变多发生于绝经后女性,多表现为盆腔肿块。7例中3例为甲状腺肿恶变,2例为鳞状细胞癌,1例为恶性黑色素瘤,1例为类癌。7例均为临床Ⅰ期。除1例失访、1例因其他原因死亡外,其余5例均无瘤生存。结论卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤恶变率低,病理检查需细致全面,结合临床综合治疗Ⅰ期患者预后良好。
Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of ovarian mature cystic teratoma with malignant transformation. Methods Clinical manifestation, pathological features, stage and follow-up outcome were studied in 7 cases. Results Most of the patients were postmenopausal women with pelvic mass. 3 cases were transformed from struma ovarii. 2 cases were squamous cell carcinomas, 1 malignant melanoma and 1 carcinoid. 5 patients were alive with no evidence of the tumor. Conclusion The malignant transformation of ovarian mature cystic teratoma is low. Overall examination of the specimen is important. Patients of stage Ⅰ have better prognosis.
