用0(清水,对照)、10、20和10mg/L的4-PU溶液分别在“中甘11号”甘兰的莲座期、结球初期和结球中期进行一次性叶面喷施,结果表明:甘兰在从莲座期到结球中期的不同生育期对4-PU的敏感性差异不显著。10~40mg/L的4-PU均能极显著地提高甘兰的毛重和净重,其中以20mg/L的效果最好,其净重比对照提高65%。4-PU是通过增加外叶和球叶的单叶重而影响产量的。4—PU对叶片的数目没有影响。
N-phenyl-N' (4 -pyridyl) urea (4 -PU) was sprayed to Zhong Gan No. 11' cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.capifata L. ) at O (pure water, control), 10, 20 or 40 mg/liter at the appearance of 'lotus throne', the begining of ball growth or the middle stage of ball growth respectively, the results showed: There were no differances in susceptibility of cabbage to 4 -PU from 'lotus throne' stage to middle ball stage. 4-PU treatment inereased gross weight and net w eight of cahbage plants significantly. The effect of 20 mg/liter 4 -PU was the best, of which the net weight increased by 65% compared with control 4 -PU influenced cabbage yields by increasing the weight per outer leaf and balI leaf. However, 4 -PU had no influences on the number of leaves.
