摘要
水杉落叶乙醇提取物用Mg+HCl,Zn+HCl,1%FeCl3-乙醇液,2%AlCl3-乙醇液,1%NaOH进行显色反应,呈现黄酮类化合物性质特征颜色,其样品提取物甲醇溶液具有紫外光谱特征吸收蜂带。采用比色法检测样品水提取液对羟自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基O2·的清除作用。结果表明,水杉落叶中含有黄酮类化合物,其水提取液能降低·OH引发的还原型细胞色素C[Cyt·C(II)]氧化作用和O2·对羟胺的氧化作用,其抗氧化能力随样品水提液用量的增加而提高。
Ethanol extracts of the fallen leaves of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Huet Cheng were allowed to react with color developer such as Mg(Zn) powder and HC1.1% FeCl3 ethanol,2%AlCl3 ethanol and 1% NaOH. The UV absorption band of methanol extract of that was determined by absorption spectrometry. Characteristic color and UV absorption spectra peak band of flavonoids were then observed. Besides, the effects of water extracts from sample on scavenging hydroxyl radical(· OH)and superoxid radical O2^- were studied by colorimetric method. The results showed that water extracts could reduce· OH induced oxidation of reductive Cyt· c(Ⅱ) and inhibit O2^- induced oxidation of hydroxylamine. The obvious positive correlationship existed between the antioxidation potency and water extract volume.
