脐橙叶片过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性与全铁含量及黄化关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对12年生高换朋娜脐橙正常叶与黄化叶片过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性及叶全铁含量分析表明,秋梢和春梢叶过氧化物酶活性与全铁量呈显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性与铁含量呈极显著正相关。秋梢正常叶与黄化叶片过氧化物酶活性差异达极显著水平,正常的秋梢叶和春梢叶与黄化叶片的过氧化氢酶活性差异达显著水平。正常叶含铁量与黄化叶含Fe量差异达极显著水平。 Experiment on the correlation among the peroxidase,hydrogen peroxidase andthe total Fe content was carried out in the normal and yellowing leaves of top grafting l2-year old Bonarza naval orange trees.The results indicated that peroxidase activity correlated significantly to the Fe content in the spring and autumn leaves,and hydrogen peroxidase appeared highly significant correlationto the Fe content in the leaves.The results al-so showed that the activity of the peroxidase in the normal spring leaves was quite differ-ent from that in the yellowing leaves,and the activity of hydrogen peroxidase in the normal springand autumn leaves differed significantly from that in the yellowing leaves,Thetotal Fe content in the leaves was significantly different from that in the yellowing leaves.
