在小型催化裂化装置的改造中,由于两器原有结构型式的特点,一些新技术的应用受到很大的限制。同时催化剂循环线路的优化设计也受到影响。根据装置的实际情况,对现有的一些新技术进行改进应用,同时探索催化剂循环线路一些新的结构形式对催化剂循环的影响,对于扩大装置处理能力,进一步挖潜很有帮助。

New technology is limited due to the structure feature of regenerator and reactor ,during the refine of small catalytic cracking unit . And the optimization process of the catalyst recycling way is limited also . So it is helpful for the increase of the capacity and for the taping of latent power to study the reality structure of the unit and apply some new technology and to study the influence on the catalyst recycling by the structure of the new catalyst recycling way .
