摘要
分别观测成年四川白兔和德国白兔母兔发情配种行为、发情和产后外生殖器色泽、不同发情征状、配种效果及产前后生殖激素水平变化。结果表明：四川白兔发情盛期易配种，受胎率达９６％；发情后期也有一定的配种受胎能力，产后易血配，其受胎率为７８．９５％。德国白兔发情盛期受胎率为６６．６７％，发情后期受胎率为０，产后血配受胎率为３０．３０％；产前后孕酮水平明显由高降低，说明四川白兔具有易血配的特性。
The variation of mating behariour and colour of outside reproductive organs in estrous Period and after Parturition,as well as the effectiveness of mating,contents of hormones before and after parturition of Sichuan white rabbit(SWR)and Germany white rabbit(GWR)were determined.The results indicated that the female SWR was easy to mate with males in estrous after parturition preiod.Its Pregnancy rate,reached 96% and 78.95%,restectively.Pregnancy rate was 66.67% in estrous period,and 30.3% after paturition for GWR.Content of progestorone for SWR varied from high to Low,indicating that SWR was easy to mate after parturtion.
