摘要
采用摇瓶发酵法研究了不同碳源、氮源对茶树菇菌丝体干重及胞外多糖产量的影响,结果表明,茶树菇深层发酵最适的碳源为玉米粉,最适的氮源为酵母粉,并通过正交实验优化了深层发酵培养基。
Influences carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelia dry weight and the production of extracellular polysaccharides by Agrocybe aegirit, which were studied with shake flask culture method. The results showed that the best carbon source for Agrocybe aegirit under submerged fermentation was corn powder, and the best nitrogen source was yeast powder. The medium components for submerged fermentation were optimized orthogonal test.
