摘要 对杜仲、桑叶、虎杖、知母、大黄、茶叶等提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行了考察和评价。实验中有效成分的提取采用水和有机溶剂两种方法,酶反应动力学条件选择为37℃、标准底物浓度1mmol/L、反应时间15min。结果表明,桑叶水提液对酶的抑制效果最好,而杜仲较差;桑叶有机溶剂提取法效果不如水提;在35-65℃间,虎杖提取物具有较高的热稳定性,最佳作用浓度为60mg/mL。 In this paper the inhibitory activity of Eucommia Bark, Mulberry Leaves, Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Rheum Palmatum L. and Tea extracts on α -glucosidase were investigated and evaluated. In the experiment the active components of those plant materials were extracted by using water or organic solvents. The condition for the enzymatic kinetics study was the concentration of the substrate, lmmol/L with a reaction time of 15 minute, at 37℃. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Mulberry Leaves had the highest activity while the activity of Eucommia Bark was the lowest, Compared with organic solvent extract, the water extract of Mulberry Leaves had a higher activity. Between 35-65℃ the extract of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma showed a higher thermal stability than others. The optimum concentration was 60mg/mL.
