摘要 目的比较护理管理者目前的管理技能和2005~2010年应具备的管理技能,找出护理管理者管理技能上的差距,为制定护理管理者培训课程提供依据。方法采用管理者管理技能问卷和2005~2010年护理管理者应具备的管理技能问卷调查1004名护士、护士长和护理部主任。结果具有平衡工作与家庭的能力对2005~2010年护士长最为重要,其次为专科技能、人才的培养及遵守规章制度;2005~2010年具备决策能力、合理使用人才、工作有计划有目标对护理部主任最重要。而上述的各项管理技能正是目前的护理管理者所缺乏的。结论2005~2010年护理管理者的培训是非常必要的,护士长的培训应侧重在护理人力资源的开发和利用以及沟通交流方面,护理部主任的培训应侧重于决策能力和医院人力资源的管理。 Objectives To compare the headship skills of nurse managers in present and that in 2005-2010,and provide evidence for training of nurse managers. Method 1004 nurse,charge nurses and nurses chiefs manager were investigated with the manage skill questionnaire and the manage skill questionnaire that nurse managers should have in 2005-2010. Results Nurse managers are underprepared for the multiplicity of roles in 2005-2010 such as ability to balance work against home, clinical skills and knowledge, developing staff, the ability of decision-making and planning. Conclusion It is necessary that nurse managers should be trained in 2005-2010. In training of charge nurses,a strong emphasis should be lain on human resources management and communication. More attention should be paid on ability of decision-making and development of human resources for nurse chiefs.
