摘要
对2-膦基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)在棉织物上的抗皱作用进行了研究,分析了整理剂用量、催化剂与添加剂的种类和用量、焙烘温度和时间等对整理效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明,含磷多元羧酸PBTCA对纯棉织物防皱整理能获得理想效果,强力保留率基本达到要求.在整理剂中加入三乙醇胺作为辅助催化剂,可明显提高织物的折皱回复角、强力和白度.最后,考察了整理效果的耐洗涤性能以及织物品种对整理效果的影响.
The anti-crease effect of 2-phosphinobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) on cotton fabrics was studied. The influences of finish dosage, kind and amt. of catalysts and additives, temps, and time of curing, etc. on the results were analyzed to set up the optimized conditions. The results showed that PBTCA gave the desired crease-proofing effect to the cotton fabrics with basically satisfactory strength retention. The addn. of triethanolamine as co-catalyst in the finishing liquors improved obviously the wrinkle recovery, strength and whiteness. The wash fastness of the finishing results and the influence of the fabric kinds on the finishing results were also examined,
