摘要
针对Modal/精梳棉混纺织物的特点,对混纺织物的免烫整理工艺进行探讨.对试验数据作具体的分析与讨论,确定了最佳工艺免烫树脂HMM70g/L,催化剂7g/L,渗透剂3g/L,有机硅油10 g/L,60℃浸轧15min,160℃焙烘2 min.
The easy-care finishing process was studied for the modal/combed cotton blends according to the features of the blend fabrics, The exptl, results were analyzed and discussed. The optimized process was established ：easy-care resin HMM 70 g/L, catalyst 7 g/L, penetrant 3 g/L and silicone oil 10 g/L, dipping-padding 15 min at 60℃ and baking 2 min at 160 ℃.
