LAD助剂在羊毛织物低温染色中的应用

确定自制LAD低温染色助剂在羊毛织物染色中应用的较佳工艺,评定LAD低温染色助剂在羊毛织物染色中应用的效果.结果表明,LAD低温染色助剂显著改善羊毛纤维在80℃条件下对酸性染料和活性染料的染色性能,染色中可以不使用盐和酸,而且该低温染色工艺特别适合酸性染料染中深色,上染百分率能达到95%以上.该助剂的缺点是染色织物耐洗色牢度有所降低,但对于弱酸浴酸性染料的耐洗色牢度仍然较好,活性染料上染后还必须在适当条件下固色,否则耐洗色牢度差,此缺陷有待进一步研究改进.总之,羊毛染色中应用LAD低温染色助剂,可节约能量,减少羊毛纤维损伤,有利于环境保护,而且LAD低温染色助剂价格便宜,使用方便,是1种优良的羊毛低温染色助剂.

An improved procedure was detd. for dyeing wool with author-made LAD agent at low temps. The results showed that the LAD agent markedly improved the wool fiber dyeing performance with acid and reactive dyes at 80℃. The salts and acids could be eliminated and the low temp. process was particularly suitable for medium-deep color dyeing with acid dyes. The dye pickup attained over 95%. The shortcoming was the decrease of the color wash-fastness of the dyed fabrics, but the wash-fastness was still quite good when dyed with weakly acid dyes. The dye fixation was necessary when dyed with reactive dyes, or the fastness would be bad, which needs further researches. In general, the wool dyeing with LAD agent at low temps, saves energy, diminishes wool fiber damage, and favors the environment. Furthermore the LAD agent is cheap, simple for use, and excellent for dyeing wool at low temps.
