摘要
跨栏跑是一项极限强度非对称的周期性运动。要提高跨栏跑的成绩,除运动员掌握先进的跨栏技术和具备一定的身体素质外,还要求运动员掌握全程和栏间跑的合理节奏,节奏是跨栏跑的灵魂,也是提高跨栏跑运动成绩的关键要素。
Hurdle running is a kind of cyclic exercise with dissymmetrical maximal intensity . In order to increase the speed of hurdle running, it's required that athletes should grasp the reasonable rhythm, during the whole journey and between hurdle running in spite of advanced hurdle running skills and good physical quality rhythm is not only the soul of hurdle running but also the key to improve the hurdling performance.
