经耻骨上膀胱尿道悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(附8例报告)

Treatment of female stress incontinence by SPARC

目的:探讨一种新的手术方法-经耻骨上膀胱尿道悬吊术(SPARC)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的初步疗效及安全性.方法:2002年7月～2004年3月采用SPARC治疗临床诊断为女性压力性尿失禁的患者8例.结果:手术时间25～40 min,平均32 min.出血15～40 ml,平均30 ml.住院3～7天,平均5天.8例患者术后尿控满意,随访3个月,1例有轻度尿失禁,余无排尿困难、尿失禁及尿路感染.结论:SPARC治疗女性压力性尿失禁具有简单、安全、创伤小、疗效好的优点,值得在临床上推广使用.

Objective：To explore a new kind of method for treatment of female stress incontinence by SPARC. Methods：Eight cases of female stress incontinence were undergone by SPARC from July 2002 to March 2004. Results：Average operation time was 32 minutes（range 25-40）,mean blood loss was 30ml （range 25-4）,mean hospital stay was 5 days（range 3 - 7）, all patients could be continenced, have no voiding difficulty, incontinence and infection except only one case has mild incontinence during 3 months followup. Conclusions： SPARC is simple, safe, minitramatic, effective methods to treat female stress incontinence which should be recommand clinical application.
