摘要
工业用气系统是水电厂一个重要的辅助系统,在风系统运行过程中,常出现的故障是高温报警、压力高报警和喷油、排气压力低、油耗大等。分析了二滩电厂风系统运行过程中出现的高温报警故障,阐述了空压机高温报警处理方法和原因。
Industrial gas system is a very important auxiliary system in hydropower plant . During operation of ventilation system , high temperature alarm, high pressure alarm and oil injection , low air discharge pressure , high oil consumption normally occur. High temperature alarm faults occurred in operation of ventilation system of Ertan hydropower plant are analyzed . Treatment method for high temperature alarm of air compressor and its causes are described in the paper.
