The thesis reveals the economic problems in industry＇s cluster by beginning with analyzing the causes of the forming industry＇s cluster competitiveness in terms of industrial organization optimizing and peculiar ability of cluster. However, the competition advantage of industry＇s cluster generally stems from the competitiveness of its products, namely the high cost perfo, mance of the products and great market adaptive capacity. Market price of products is fixed by adding the cost of products together the economic profit. To simplify, this thesis substitutes cost to analyze for price.
