摘要
实证分析强调了制度质量变化(特别是以综合统治质量来衡量的)对不同地区的经济表现的影响。在概述制度质量对宏观经济产生(人均GDP、GDP增长率以及增长率的易变动性)的影响的研究结果之后,对实践中的制度改革提出了一些政策建议。
The empirical work in this paper gave particular emphasis to the implications of changes in institutional qualityespecially as measured by the overall quality of governance-on economic performance in different regions. After summarized the results for the impact of institutional quality on macroeconomic outcomes-GDP per capita, GDP growth, and volatility of growth, this paper suggested some policies needed for practical institutional reform.
