Establish the Scientific Development View and Promote the University's Filing Work

文章从如何充分认识档案工作在高等学校中的地位和作用;如何充分发挥档案的功能和作用,主动为高校中心任务服务;如何充分履行职责,为高等学校档案事业发展创造条件等三方面说明高等学校档案部门必须全面理解和正确把握科学发展观的主要内涵和基本要求,自觉运用科学发展观指导档案工作。

This article explains that filing departments must fully understand the main point and basic requirements and consciously guide the filing work with the scientific development view from the following three respects： how to understand the status and function of filing in universities and how to give full play to it for the central task of universities; how to fully fulfill the duty to create conditions for the development of filing cause.
