Now EPC or EP＋C mode is popular in FGD project. The FGD project of Guangzhou Ruiming Power Station was EPC contracted by Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute. The EPC contractor was responsible for design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The project was successful.
