Talk Lightly about the Westward Developing Strategy of Gansu Province

本文通过对甘、青、藏、新四省区生产要素、工业结构状况和政策背景等进行的审时度势的分析,论述了甘肃省西向发展战略的定义及其战略重点;同时,通过对甘肃西向发展战略不利因素的分析,提出了相应的对策建议。

This text analyzes about the definition and emphasis of the westward development strategy of Gausu province, by analyzing the era of today and the production factors, industrial structure, policy background state of Gansu, Qinghai ,Xizang,Xinjiang provinces. At the same time, through analysing the unfavourable factors of the westward development strategy, this text put forward certain policy recommendations.
