电极长度超声波实时测控系统研究

摘要 在电极挤压成型过程中,实时测量电极的长度是确保大规格电极生产质量的一项关键技术。设计与开发了基于可编程超声波精密传感器,以工控机为核心,利用MCGS组态软件作为开发平台的电极长度实时测控系统。根据超声波TOF(TimeofFlight)测距原理,测量电极端面到传感器之间距离,计算电极的挤出长度,并以电极长度为反馈量,实时控制电极挤压速度,实现电极剪切的零速定位。克服了液压系统大惯性,电极原料内部张力、原料配方波动和加热不均匀等因素造成的电极长度误差。实际运行表明,系统可靠、有效,电极长度误差小于10mm。 During the electrode is being pushed and shaped, real - time measurement for electrode length is a key technology which guarantees the quality of large- size electrodes. By means of ultrasonic precision proximity sensor, an electrode length real- time measurement and control system which utilizes industrial control computer as the core and MCGS configuration software as the developing platform is developed and designed. According to the range finding principle of TOF (Time of Flight), the electrode length is ealculated after measuring the distance between the electrode terminal and the ultrasonic sensor. With the electrode length as feedback, a real - time close - loop control system of pushing speed is obtained, and zero speed halt is realized, as a result, the effects of hydraulic pressure system inertia, calefaetion disequilibrium. raw materials tension and prescription on electrode length error are overcome. The practice proves that the system is reliable and the error is smaller than 10mm.
